Refunds Policy

Refunds and Return Policy at MSDC

Welcome to the Manipal Skill Development Center (MSDC), where we strive to provide the best educational experience for all our learners. We want to ensure that our refund and return policy is clear, fair, and transparent.

Refund Eligibility:

Course Cancellation by MSDC:

  • In the event that MSDC cancels a course, students enrolled in the affected course(s) are entitled to a full/partial refund of the course fee paid.

Student-Requested Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of course enrollment.
  • To initiate a refund, students must submit a written refund request to admissions@msdcskills.org within the stipulated refund period.
  • The refund amount will be determined based on the applicable refund policy for the specific course.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds for courses will be processed using the original payment method used for the enrolment.
  • Processing fees or transaction charges imposed by financial institutions during the original payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refunded amount will reflect in the student’s or customer’s account within 30 days from the date the refund request is approved.

Exceptional Circumstances:

MSDC may consider exceptions to this policy in rare and exceptional circumstances. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of MSDC management.
