The Manipal Skill Development Center (MSDC), Manipal, successfully hosted an industrial visit for the students of Dr. B. B. Hegde First Grade College on 07 May 2026. The visit was organized to provide students with practical exposure to industry-oriented training facilities and advanced skill development infrastructure available at MSDC Manipal.

During the visit, the students explored various facilities and laboratories within the campus and gained insights into different training programs, technologies, and hands-on learning opportunities offered by the center. The visit helped students understand the importance of skill-based education and industry readiness in today’s professional environment.

The students and faculty members were guided through the different departments and facilities, where they interacted with trainers and staff members to learn about the practical applications of emerging technologies and professional skill development programs.

The industrial visit was successfully conducted with active participation from students and faculty members, making it an informative and engaging learning experience for all attendees.
