The Orane International School of Beauty and Wellness at MSDC Manipal was inaugurated by honorable DC of Udupi, Dr. K. Vidya Kumari and Additional DC of Udupi, Dr. Mamatha Devi GS on Friday, 15 December 2023 at 9.30 AM in the MSDC premises of Dr. T M A Pai Polytechnic Campus, Manipal. They called for the need to equip the youth with appropriate skills to gain suitable employment to help the country in leveraging the demographic advantage of its youngest population in the world and appreciated the initiatives of MSDC towards making ‘Skill India Mission’, a reality!

Ms. Neha, Expansions Manager, Orane International, was the Guest of Honour. Mr. T. Ashok Pai, President of Dr. T M A Pai Foundation presided over the function.

Brig. Dr. Surjith Singh Pabla, Chairman of MSDC spoke on MSDC activities and skill training programs being conducted. Mr. T. Sachin Pai, Trustee, MSDC, Manipal spoke on the need & significance of Skill Development programs.

Ms. Neetha, Centre Manager welcomed the gathering. Dr. Radhakrishna S. Aithal, Registrar of MSDC delivered vote of thanks.

Mr. T Ranga Pai, Director of Dr. T M A Pai Polytechnic and Prof. Kantharaj, Principal of Polytechnic were present.

The School of Beauty and Wellness, one of the 18 skill schools being established at MSDC, is a franchise of Orane International, a well-known Beauty and Wellness training organization world-wide.
