Overview

This customer-facing program trains individuals to become Service Advisors or Front-Desk Coordinators in automotive service centers, with strong emphasis on customer communication, job scheduling, service quotation and follow-up, along with basic technical understanding to effectively bridge customer expectations with workshop operations.

Duration & Eligibility

  • Duration: 2 months combining classroom modules and practical shadowing in real service canters.
  • Eligibility: 10th pass

  • Ability to handle customer queries, explain service recommendations, and manage service schedules efficiently.
  • Develop professional communication, interpersonal skills, complaint handling, billing & documentation.
