Overview
This Applied Manufacturing Techniques: CNC, Welding & 3D Printing program equips learners with comprehensive practical skills in CNC machining, welding technologies, and additive manufacturing. The course combines hands-on training in CNC Turning and Milling, various industrial welding techniques, plasma cutting, 3D modeling, and 3D printing using industry-standard software and equipment. Through practical workshops, real-world manufacturing projects, and quality inspection practices, learners develop the technical competencies required for modern manufacturing industries.
Duration & Eligibility
- Duration: 4 Months (16 Weeks) combining classroom instruction, workshop practice, machine operation, industrial assignments, and project-based learning.
- Eligibility: ITI students, Diploma students, Engineering students, fresh graduates, and working professionals interested in manufacturing, production, CNC machining, welding, and additive manufacturing technologies.
Learning Outcomes
- Develop CNC programs using simulation software for manufacturing applications.
- Perform CNC Turning and CNC Milling operations using FANUC controllers.
- Gain practical experience in TIG, MIG, Arc, and Gas welding techniques.
- Perform plasma cutting operations using industrial equipment.
- Design 3D models using Solid Edge and prepare models for printing using Cura software.
- Operate 3D printers and perform post-processing and quality inspection.
