Bosch representatives visited MSDC Manipal as part of their LEAP Program to interact with students and share insights into the company’s vision, mission, and long-term commitment to skill development. The session aimed to provide students with a clear understanding of Bosch’s industry outlook and the objectives behind its collaboration with MSDC Manipal through the LEAP Program.
During the interaction, Bosch highlighted how the LEAP Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with relevant technical knowledge, professional skills, and industry exposure. Students were also briefed on the values that drive Bosch’s global operations and its focus on innovation, quality, and sustainable development.
The visit further reinforced the strong partnership between Bosch and MSDC Manipal, emphasizing a shared goal of nurturing skilled, industry-ready talent. As part of the engagement, Bosch representatives also visited other MSDC skill schools to gain an overview of the training ecosystem and ongoing skill development initiatives across MSDC.
