Udyavara, 11 February 2025:

Representatives from Manipal Skills Development Centre (MSDC) held a cordial meeting with the Gram Panchayat President of Udyavara, Mrs. Malathi Sandeep, to discuss opportunities for empowering local youth through skill-based education and employment programs.

During the meeting, the MSDC team introduced the wide range of vocational and industry-oriented courses offered by the institute, highlighting its commitment to enhancing employability and entrepreneurship among students and job seekers in the region.

A special focus was given to the Bosch LEAP Program, an industry-supported initiative designed to provide hands-on technical training, workplace readiness, and placement support for young aspirants. The program aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping learners with job-ready skills aligned with current industry needs.

Mrs. Malathi Sandeep appreciated MSDC’s efforts in bringing quality skill development programs to the community and expressed her support in spreading awareness about these initiatives among the youth of Udyavara.

The meeting marked an important step toward strengthening collaboration between MSDC and local governance to promote sustainable livelihood opportunities and community development.
