Overview

The Bosch LEAP (Livelihood Enhancement through Automotive Skills Development) Program is a collaborative initiative by Manipal Skill Development Center (MSDC) and Bosch India Foundation. This industry-oriented program is designed to equip learners with practical automotive skills required for employment in the automobile service and manufacturing sectors. Through classroom instruction and extensive hands-on practical training, participants develop the technical knowledge, workplace readiness, and professional skills needed to begin a successful career in the automotive industry.

Duration: 2 Months (8 Weeks) combining classroom instruction, practical workshop sessions, hands-on automotive training, and technical assessments.
