Overview
This program enables learners to build and simulate PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) schemes directly on their personal computers, developing hands-on expertise in industrial automation. Participants will learn to write and test ladder logic programs, utilize function blocks, and adopt safe working practices essential for any manufacturing environment. Through simulation exercises and practical training, learners gain the ability to test, troubleshoot, and implement PLC systems while adhering to health and safety standards, understanding machine safety signs, and identifying job-site hazards effectively.

Learning Outcomes
- Introduction to the Industrial Automation and The machine.
- Fundamentals of Mitsubishi PLC & control system.
- Understanding of Mitsubishi PLC wiring diagrams and Operation.
- Study of interfacing of Mitsubishi PLC such as use of Input and Output on PLC.
- Hands-on sessions on Mitsubishi PLC connections to operate applications with different
logics. - Testing PLC wiring and fault tracing using PLC software. (Reading of PLC Software program)
