Course Description
Long term Training on PCB Design, fabrication and Surface Mounting Technology / One month Program
PCB Design:
- Introduction to PCB Design tools and software(Ki-Cad)
- Schematic, components selection and library management
- PCB Layout, routing and component placement
PCB Fabrication:
- Introduction to PCB fabrication- materials and process
- PCB fabrication technics (Engraving, Drilling, edge cutting) on CNC Machine
- Solder masking process and complete fabrication.
PCB Assembly:
- Introduction to PCB assembly tools and technics
- Through-hole and surface mount technology(SMT) process
- Hand soldering and Reflow soldering technics
Skills:
- Ability to design a PCB using software tools(Ki-cad)
- Ability to fabricate a PCB using various technics (Engraving drilling by CNC)
- Ability to assemble a PCB using SMT and Through-hole technics
Upon successful assessment of training program, the participants will be awarded with a certificate by MSDC.
