Course Description
Overview
This course provides hands-on training in PCB design, fabrication, and assembly. Learners will design circuits using KiCad, fabricate PCBs through CNC engraving, drilling, edge cutting, and solder masking, and assemble them using through-hole and SMT techniques with hand and reflow soldering, gaining end-to-end PCB development skills.
Duration & Eligibility
- Duration: 1 Month (80hrs)
- Eligibility: Mtech / BE/ Diploma

- Introduction to PCB Design tools and software(Ki-Cad).
- Schematic, components selection and library management.
- PCB Layout, routing and component placement.
- Introduction to PCB fabrication- materials and process.
- PCB fabrication technics (Engraving, Drilling, edge cutting) on CNC Machine.
- Solder masking process and complete fabrication.
- Introduction to PCB assembly tools and technics.
- Through-hole and surface mount technology(SMT) process.
- Hand soldering and Reflow soldering technics.
