This Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) – Supervisor program is an NSDC-approved vocational training course designed for diploma holders seeking supervisory roles in the refrigeration and HVAC industry. The course equips learners with advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems, commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, system performance evaluation, and team supervision. Through classroom instruction, practical workshops, and industry-oriented training, participants develop the technical and managerial skills required to supervise installation, maintenance, and servicing operations effectively.
Duration & Eligibility
Duration: Approximately 2 Months combining classroom instruction, practical laboratory sessions, equipment demonstrations, maintenance workshops, and technical assessments.
Eligibility: Diploma holders with approximately 1.5 years of relevant industry experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
