Overview
This Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) – Field Technician program is an NSDC-approved vocational training course offered by Manipal Skill Development Center (MSDC). The course equips learners with practical skills in refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems. Through classroom instruction and extensive hands-on practical training using industry-standard equipment, participants gain the knowledge and technical expertise required to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service residential and commercial cooling systems.
Duration & Eligibility
- Duration: Approximately 2 Months combining classroom instruction, practical workshop sessions, equipment handling, servicing exercises, and assessments.
- Eligibility: 10th Pass or above; suitable for students, fresh graduates, and individuals interested in refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC technology.
